30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email) is required.

How to Start a Return

Email us at zurkbusiness123@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

We will reply within 1–2 business days with simple return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
